To compliment Daniel Post Senning’s session on etiquette, check out the Emily Post’s Etiquette. The book is a comprehensive guide to “every conceivable social scene,” including: email, audience etiquette, how to “politely squelch boors,” gift giving and more. REF:BJ1853.P6 2004
