8th Annual Norman Williams Lecture!

On Thursday, February 2, at 5:30 in the Chase Center, Vicki L. Been will deliver the 8th Annual Norman Williams Distinguished Lecture in Land Use Planning and the Law, “Explaining the Motivations Behind Land Use Regulation: New York City’s Rezoning of Almost One Quarter of Its Land.”

Been has written extensively on urban land use issues, and most recently published a string of articles on foreclosures. Been has also published articles related to environmental justice, segregation, housing affordability and siting.
